Nimbus part of the Design - made in BaWü! exhibition, opening on 15.09.

This year, Baden-Württemberg celebrates its 60th birthday. Although natural resources are scarce, the South-West generates an abundance of ideas, which has made it one of Europe's leading regions in terms of business and technology. Design has played a major role in this success story, which is why the Design Center Stuttgart has decided to place it in the spotlight.

With its series of events entitled "Design – made in BaWü!", Baden-Württemberg's design institution is offering particularly attractive and diverse opportunities to obtain an insight into the world of design. The "Design – made in BaWü! Marken, Unternehmen, Ausbildung" ("Design made in BaWü! Brands, Companies, Vocational Training") exhibition marks the highlight of the programme and will open on 15th September at Haus der Wirtschaft.

As one of these outstanding enterprises, the Nimbus Group has been given the honour of participating in the project. Nimbus has been situated in Stuttgart for almost 25 years now and can therefore be dubbed an "original Swabian" business. The success of the globally active luminaire manufacturer is reflected in the venue itself. The Haus der Wirtschaft, which is housing "Design – made in BaWü!", was fitted out with high-quality Nimbus Group LED luminaires back in 2010.

Opening: on 15th September 2012, 5 p.m. in the König Karl Hall at Haus der Wirtschaft, Stuttgart.
The exhibition can be viewed until 15th December 2012 at Haus der Wirtschaft, Willi-Bleicher-Str. 19, Stuttgart.
Opening times: daily except Sundays and pubic holidays from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Admission free.
