Acoustic effect
The secret lies under the Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT fabric covering: In combination with the familiar Rossoacoustic CP30 honeycomb structure, a new type of Rossoacoustic lightweight fleece forms a very light and strong honeycomb core. Besides ensuring acoustic effectiveness, this configuration is also responsible for the partition‘s great strength and unmatched light weight.
When deployed correctly, the Rossoacoustic TP30 can have a positive influence on room acoustics. The sound absorbing and sound shielding qualities of the Rossoacoustic TP30 cover two different functions in terms of room acoustics: On the one hand, being an absorber, the Rossoacoustic TP30 performs a noise attenuation function by shortening the reverberation time. On the other hand, the Rossoacoustic TP30 acts as a sound shield – i.e. it reduces the distribution of direct sound.
Vital colours
Within the Rossoacoustic collection, you can pick from a range of 9 colours and two patterns to put together your very own, individual Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT. The colour concept has been very precisely matched to the special features of Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT. Each shade of colour is a mixure of the fabric‘s basic colour and the associated contrasting thread. The result is unique. Expressive primary colours contrast with the more broken-up, natural shades. No seams
Besides its design and acoustic benefits, the new Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT also exerts a certain fascination due to the new type of manufacturing method used: the fabric coverings are manufactured by means of a CAD controlled knitting process. This manufacturing process is the only way the fabric coverings can be knitted without any seams at all. A further advantage of this waste-free, economical endless knitting technique is that the fabric covering fits exactly without any distortion, an absolute prerequisite for the uniquely precise shaping of TP30‘s edges.
Individualization
Individualization and custom-made solutions can be realised with Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT: the CAD-controlled circular knitting process opens up this innovative possibility of individualization. Coloured surfaces and individual patterns can be knitted into the fabric covering, with account being taken of the specific manufacturing preconditions. Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT MESH is available in 17 precisely matched colours. The colour-accentuated contrasting thread is knitted into the fabric and traces the delicate honeycomb structure, giving Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT MESH a particular depth in addition to its vital and organic structure.
As its name suggests, this is the plain version of Rossoacoustic TP30 KNIT and is also available in 17 precisely matched colours.
