Working environments are changing – and an increasing number of innovative concepts are seeing the light of day. That is also the case in Nuremberg, where the architect Sven Lechner has realised his dream of open, communal working. With our Lighting PAD and other Nimbus products, we form part of the inviting, versatile and lively FICHTE45 office community, a project realised by raumwerk23 Gesellschaft für Bauprojektierung mbH.

An old production space with skilfully accentuated industrial charm. Permanent, internal and flexible, external office users– Sven Lechner from nyx Architekten in Nuremberg placed great importance on community and synergies when designing FICHTE45. While most areas can be rented separately, there are opportunities for encounters throughout the whole of the spacious premises. For example in the “fichteheart”, the communal kitchen. Or, weather permitting, on the roof terrace. Or just before going to bed – because it is possible to spend the night here (Link zum Projekt) too.
