Customer Information on the Current Situation

Dear Customers, Partners und Friends

Nothing is as we expected – that is one thing that unites us in this unprecedented situation. The Light + Building fair couldn't take place. We had really been looking forward to meeting you, but unfortunately it wasn't to be.

In the meantime we have taken numerous measures to keep our business up and running. Besides fulfilling our responsibility for the health of our employees, we have also taken steps to ensure the availability of our HQ and field sales staff as well as that out employees in the planning department. Action has also been taken to guarantee deliveries and continued production.

Häfele + Nimbus – what are they going to show us at Light + Building? "Only" new luminaires, or is there something else? You may have asked yourself the same question. And you would be right to do so.

The merging of furniture lighting and room lighting – that would have been our topic. A holistic consideration of the lighting in a room with all its various facets: that is the result of the synergies arising from the merger of Nimbus and Häfele. Uniform lighting control (Smart Home) is the common thread running throughout this topic. And it is this control, in addition to the individual luminaire components, that gives our common customer – the end-user – appreciable added value.

But of course new luminaires are also an important element. No doubt about it. A situation like the one we currently find ourselves in really brings home how valuable and important it is to be able to judge people's reactions face to face at a fair. We are still thinking about how we are going to show you our products.

Reserve a place for Nimbus in your product display – because sooner or later life will go on. Many things we have so far all taken for granted will appear wonderful and precious. For example a visit to an exhibition, talking to others in person and gathering fantastic and practical ideas for the home or a project.

We are there for you – and hopefully we can soon meet again in person. We are already looking forward to continuing our business relationship brimming with new concepts and ideas.
