“Award” for Rossoacoustic

The winners of the Architektur + Textil Objekt 2016 prize for innovation have been decided. This year, the prize of this renowned competition for architecture and design, which considers the many textile solutions among the many available on the market and chooses the ones that are especially in line with the demands and concerns of architects, went to Rossoacoustic’s new PAD ceiling and wall system.

When used with Nimbus LED luminaires, the innovative system combines high-quality LED lighting with a high level of acoustic comfort. The immense requirements such as reduction of the sound press level, improvement of speech intelligibility and optimum glare-free lighting are fulfilled with a design that possesses a unique quality. Comfort at the workplace increases, particularly in modern open-plan offices.
We thank the jury and are very pleased about the “award” as well as the successful start to the new year. All the prize-winning products will be included in a special publication of the magazines AIT and xia IntelligenteArchitektur in the near future.
